Three Keys to Feeling Happier

Positive Thinking
  1. Negative thoughts – Don’t nurse it, rehearse it or disperse it, instead reverse it. You are the gatekeeper of your mind: The more you practice promoting positive thoughts the more the hardwiring in your brain will change. You feel the way you think. You are the only one who can control your thoughts. Control your thoughts and you will control your feelings.
  2. Your inner-critic sends you negative messages and tears down your self-esteem. Your inner-coach builds you up and encourages you with motivational words, reminding you of past successes in order to persevere. You must ACTIVATE your inner coach on purpose.
  3. You tell yourself 50K to 70K messages each day. Use the golden filter: Every time you have a thought, think to yourself, does this make me stronger? Or does it make me weaker? Get into the habit of running your thoughts through this filter and focus on the thoughts that make you stronger to get through the task at hand.

Information IS Transformation

Negative thoughts – Don't nurse it, rehearse it or disperse it, instead reverse it.
